About Me

Career

2021 – Present

IT Project Manager

University of Maryland, Baltimore. Baltimore, MD

I lead diverse, cross-institutional teams to deliver enterprise-level IT projects impacting tens of thousands of stakeholders. I have been a partner in expanding the role and reach of the PMO throughout the university.

2020 – 2021

Project Manager

Sinclair Broadcast Group. Hunt Valley, MD

In my first full-time project manager role, I directed new and continuing-business enterprise projects with budgets exceeding $5M.

2013 – 2020

Director of Web & Electronic Communications

Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). Baltimore, MD

I managed the product lifecycle of the Webby Award-winning MICA.edu. It was my charge to always think about how MICA's Web properties aligned to the college's strategic vision, while providing an engaging experience to MICA's primary customers/audiences: prospective students and their parents, current students, faculty, staff, and alumni.

2012 – 2013

Assistant Director of Web & Electronic Communications

Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA). Baltimore, MD

I served as the CMS administrator and trainer for over 150 users, front- and back-end web developer, and electronic newsletter and press-release designer and coder.

2013

Adjunct Faculty

University of Baltimore. Baltimore, MD

I taught two semesters of UB's Introduction to Web Development graduate class.

2010 – 2012

Webmaster

National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education. Washington, DC

With very limited resources, I completed an in-progress web redesign project. Using my skills in web development and content management, I delivered content management system templates and a CMS user guide to content managers at NCATE. I also created and implemented NCATE's learning management system (LMS) for accreditation site visitors and reviewers.
